Well why not stop imagining and take a look at this lovely Spanish Apartment with its front line position at the Mijas Golf course.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful rural setting alongside one of the fairways at
Mijas Golf Club. It is only 10 minutes drive from Fuengirola and its lively beach and nightlife on the Costa del Sol, 15 minutes from the family beach and beach side restaurants at La Cala Mijas, 20 minutes drive from the hillside village of Mijas and just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

The apartment itself lies within a complex that has well planted gardens, lawns and a magnificent private communal swimming pool.

Completed in September 2003 the accommodation comprises three twin bedrooms, one bathroom, (with Jacuzzi bath), one shower room, fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining room and two terraces with patio furniture. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The lounge area has a 22” colour television that offers the full range of SKY digital channels, (family package, sports and cinema). In addition to the television there is a stereo radio/CD/Cassette player for those who wish to bring a selection of their favourite music with them. A DVD player is also provided together with a selection of audio cassettes, CD's and DVD's.

Within the kitchen guests will find a ceramic hob with four electric rings and a full size oven. Other facilities include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are included within the kitchen.

The three bedrooms are each equipped with
two single beds. In the main bedroom, which also has its own terrace, the two beds are pushed together to form one large double bed. These beds can easily be moved apart to allow for greater occupancy. In total, therefore, the apartment will sleep six people in comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with large full-length wardrobes that contain drawers and coat hangers. All bedding, pillows and sheets are provided, together with a radio alarm clock in each bedroom.

The apartment has two bathrooms. One room contains a fully enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet whilst the other contains a Jacuzzi bath with integral shower, wash basin with storage unit, toilet and bidet.

The main terrace is equipped with furniture that
allows guests the pleasure of dining outside or
simply sitting together in order to enjoy a cool bottle of beer or wine after a days golf or other activity.

There are four sunbeds and six folding deck chairs provided for relaxing by the pool.
